Elaine Alowo-Matovu

Elaine Alowo-Matovu is a Senior Associate at Frederick Francis & Associates Advocates. Elaine is in charge of Business Development at Frederick Francis.

Prior to joining Frederick Francis & Associates, Elaine worked as a Junior Associate with Shonubi Musoke & Co. Advocates where she advised on several securities transactions. She was also the In-house Legal Counsel for Integrated Construction Management and handled several large construction negotiations.

Elaine holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from Makerere University, Kampala Uganda. She also holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Makerere, Uganda.
